Does Casa Bella operate in the United States?

The Casa Bella Foundation operates in both intercity communities within the United States that need it most, as well as our Sanctuary in Guatemala. 70% of our operations and events occur within our intercity programs.

Where is my receipt for my tax deductible donation?

The Casa Bella Foundation is a non-profit organization. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible. Currently donations can be made online only.

For those who donate online, you will automatically receive a receipt that can be used for tax purposes. Please keep the receipt for your records. If you lose or misplace your receipt, please email us for a copy of the receipt.

How are donations used?

5% of our donations go to general administration, 5% of our donations go to fundraising and development, 70% of our donations go to intercity programs, and the remainder of 20% goes to our sanctuary in Guatemala helping children and adults in severe poverty. Please see more here and here.

I own a company, how can I help?

We rely heavily on our help from our sponsors and business owners! Any help is good help. You can help by becoming a sponsors in a multitude of ways including in-kind product donations, event sponsorships, monetary donations and social media campaigns. Is Casa Bella a 501 c 3 foundation?

Yes, we are! Any donation given to Casa Bella will be a tax deductible donation. Once you have processed your donation on our page, you will receive a receipt of your donation to your email provided. If you did not receive that receipt please contact us with further information so we can assist accordingly!

Where is my money going?

Be sure that it is through your donations and funding that we are able to maintain a full program with events helping adult and children thrive through nutrition, clothing, and education. We fulfill basic needs for families and children that need it, as well as put on a safe, fun and educational events for kids across the city. We are doing the best we can to especially relieve those of all repercussions families are facing during this pandemic. Can I get a refund for my donation?

At this time we are not giving refunds on donations— however if at the time of donation you accidentally donated the wrong amount, we will definitely make the adjustment. Please reach out to us to get that resolved.

I purchased something off the Casa Bella amazon registry, where is my receipt?

Please email us with the screenshot of order number/receipt/summary from your purchase off our amazon registry and we will email you back with your receipt for your donation right away.
